OUR PIZZA
Unlike traditional round pizza, pizza al taglio is baked in large rectangular trays and sold by the slice—perfect for sharing (or not). The dough is slow-fermented over three days, creating a light, airy texture with a crisp, golden base. It’s easy to digest, full of flavour, and holds up beautifully to fresh, high-quality toppings. Crispy, fluffy, and full of character—this is pizza, Roman-style.
